## Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing SolveIt India. We aim to provide high-quality utility solutions to every corner of India. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your orders.
### 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional 2 days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship to almost all pincodes across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier partner logistics.
### 3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically become active and searchable within 24–48 hours.
### 4. Order Verification (COD Orders)
To ensure the security of our deliveries and reduce Return-to-Origin (RTO) rates, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a one-time verification via WhatsApp or a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel unverified orders.
### 5. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including House Number, Landmark, and Pincode). SolveIt India is not responsible for orders that are undelivered or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
### 6. Damages & Missing Items
SolveIt India is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction:

If your order arrives damaged, please record a complete unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) and contact us at pranit@solveitindia.store within 24 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods to assist us in the claims process with the courier partner.
### 7. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the domestic borders of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
